SEBRING, Fla. (Thursday, March 15, 2007) - Bryan Herta, one of three drivers of the #26 XM Satellite Radio Acura, qualified fourth in the LMP2 class for Saturday's Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring. Herta posted a best=lap speed of 123.996 mile per hour (1:47.423 secs) during the qualifying session and will start sixth overall in the 34-car field. Herta will be joined by Andretti Green Racing teammates Dario Franchitti and Tony Kanaan.
The Sebring event, the first of 12 on the 2007 American Le Mans Series schedule, will be the first ALMS race in Andretti Green Racing's history. The team collected two IndyCar Series championships in 2004 and 2005, and won the 89th Indianapolis 500 in 2005.
The Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring will be broadcast live by SPEED Channel beginning at 9:30 a.m. EDT on Saturday, March 17.
