LEBANON, Tenn. (July 13, 2007) - Canadian Club driver Dario Franchitti will start second for Saturday's Firestone Indy 200 at Nashville Superspeedway. Franchitti posted a best speed of 203.873 miles per hour (22.9555 seconds) during his qualifying attempt.

Television coverage of the Firestone Indy 200 can be seen Saturday on ESPN beginning at 7:30 p.m. (EDT). The IndyCar Series radio broadcast of the 200-lap event can be heard live on XM Satellite Radio channel 145, the exclusive home of the IndyCar Series.

Dario Franchitti, #27 Canadian Club Dallara/Honda/Firestone:
"It was not a bad day for the Canadian Club team. We tested here a couple of weeks ago and we didn't really learn much because of the weather. We made some pretty big changes between the first and second sessions. I am happy with the car. It is going to be very difficult to pass here. Sometimes you have to work 10, maybe 15 laps to make a pass. We are pretty happy starting on the front row for tomorrow."
