Franchitti won the 2004 race at The Milwaukee Mile, his first win in the IndyCar Series.
He finished second in the 2005 race at Milwaukee and has led 155 laps in the last two races there.
AGR drivers have led 267 of a possible 450 laps in the 2004 and 2005 Milwaukee race events.
Franchitti has eight career starts at The Mile and has started from the top-eight spots on six occasions.
